Family owned and operated for 20+ years

When you call, you reach the people who run the property and will meet you at the gate, not a corporate call center.

Renting is by appointment. Give us a call and we will set up a time. If you are local, we are a convenient option close to home without the drive to McKinleyville. If you are coming from out of town, we are an easy stop on your way up to Trinidad.

We are a small, family-run operation and we handle the property ourselves. If you have questions or want to see a unit, give us a call.

Common questions

How do I rent a unit? +

Call us at 707-677-0900. We rent by appointment, so we will set up a time, show you the units, and get you signed up in person.

When can I access my unit? +

Gate access is 7am to 7pm, seven days a week. Note that if you are on the premises past 7pm you can be locked in for the night, so plan your visit accordingly.

What can I store? +

Household goods, business items, and seasonal gear, plus outdoor boat, trailer, and RV storage. We do not offer indoor or vehicle (car) storage.

Do I need insurance? +

Your stored property is your responsibility, and our liability insurance does not cover your belongings, so we recommend carrying your own storage insurance. We are also happy to share a few simple tips, like using plastic totes and keeping items off the floor, to help keep your things in good shape.
